Here are a few guidelines that will help you during your time at the festival!

WARMfest is Friday, August 29 – Monday, September 1 in Broad Ripple Park.

Broad Ripple Park is located on the Near Northside of Indianapolis at 1550 Broad Ripple Avenue.

    Fri, Aug 29  — Gates Open: 05:30p – Music Begins: 06:00p – Festival Closes: 10:00p
    Sat, Aug 30  — Gates Open: 11:30a – Music Begins: 12:00p – Festival Closes: 10:00p
    Sun, Aug 31 — Gates Open: 11:30a – Music Begins: 12:00p – Festival Closes: 10:00p
    Mon, Sept 1 — Gates Open: 09:30a – Music Begins: 10:00a – Festival Closes: 06:00p

Children 10 years old or under will be admitted free with adult. Children must be supervised at all times.

This is an all-ages event. In order to consume alcohol you must be at least 21 years of age with a valid state- or government-issued ID.

Service charge on tickets includes credit card processing fee, ticket transaction fee, and a donation to Indy Parks & Recreation to help the revitalization of The Waterfront in Broad Ripple

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or Exchanges.

Re-Entry/Ins & Outs & Wristband Policy

Patrons must pass through security & show your wristband each time you enter the grounds.

WRISTBANDS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE AND MUST BE INTACT ON YOUR WRIST.
NO TAPED OR ALTERED WRISTBANDS WILL BE ALLOWED FOR ENTRY.
YOU AND YOUR WRISTBAND MUST BECOME ONE.

All visitors will have re-entry privileges.

ALL GUESTS AND THEIR BELONGINGS ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH UPON ENTRY OR RE-ENTRY.

The following items are ALLOWED at WARMfest:

  • Blankets, Sheets, Towels
  • Baby Strollers
  • Small folding/lawn chairs
  • SMALL purse and personal bags will be allowed (no larger than 12″x12″). All subject to inspection.
  • Small Coolers
  • Umbrellas (ONLY Small Hand-Held)
  • Two Factory-Sealed Water Bottles (up to 1 Liter each)
  • Binoculars
  • Non-Professional Recording Equipment and Cameras for Personal Use (Point & Shoot Cameras, Flip Video Cameras, GoPros, etc.).
  • Professional attachments not accompanied by a Photo pass in the park must have a paper photo band attached to it.
  • Non-Professional/Personal Use Radios or Walkie-Talkies

In order for you to enjoy the excellent lineup of music and entertainment and limit your trips to the concession area, please feel free to bring in one cooler per person. Cooler may contain food and sealed water (per above — also, NO ALCOHOL). Please note that ALL coolers and containers are subject to search and that sale of food or beverages is not permitted by guests.

The following items are NOT ALLOWED at WARMfest

  • Weapons of Any Kind, including Fireworks or Explosives of Any Kind
  • Outside Alcohol
  • Illegal or Illicit Substances of Any Kind
  • Large Framed Backpacks (Hiking Backpacks, etc.)
  • Glass Containers and Metal Aerosol Cans, including Sunscreen in Aerosol Cans.
  • Empty CamelBak® or CamelBak® water bottles, Other Empty Plastic Container, etc.
  • Skateboards, Scooters or Personal Motorized Vehicles
  • Bicycles inside the Ticket Points (Plenty of bike racks are available outside the entrance).
  • Carts & Tents of Any Kind
  • Pets (except Service Dogs)
  • Professional Recording (Photo, Video, Audio) Equipment (NO Large Professional Detachable Zoom Lenses, Tripods or Other Commercial Equipment
  • Detachable zoom lenses, telephoto lenses and other professional equipment like tripods, monopods, stools, stands, sticks, GoPro attachments, etc. are NOT allowed UNLESS accompanied by a Photo wristband
  • Professional/Non-Personal Use Radios or Walkie-Talkies
  • No Frisbees or beach balls
  • No Unauthorized/Unlicensed Vendors Allowed. No Unauthorized Solicitations, Handbills, Sampling, Give-Aways, etc.
