WARMfest is proud to host a showing of of Montreal‘s documentary, “The Past Is a Grotesque Animal,“ on Friday, August 29th, starting at 8:45pm as part of WARMfest. This feature-length documentary deals with the eclectic indie-pop band of Montreal and, in particular, its front-man — Kevin Barnes.
Don’t get us wrong: WARMfest *is* a great music festival! But our focus is not only on bringing great talent, local and international, to the stage. Our Mission is also keenly set on the stewardship of Broad Ripple Park and The White River; we also focus on our community’s health and wellness. As part of that latter focus, Monday, September 1st, is the WARMfest “Community Day.”
Part of our vision involves promoting the White River, restoring it to the grandeur of a century ago. We see the White River as a recreational and visually appealing natural resource. We want you to see it too! That’s why we started the Wapahani River Sessions. We believe it will give you first-hand experience with this amazing river — with live music as your soundtrack!
The full lineup for WARMfest 2014 is now available! Included in the full lineup are performances on Friday, August 29, from Steady Flow, Heather Michelle Chapman, Coolidge, & Bashiri Asad, complementing a wide range of weekend headliners!
Two things we can be certain of: 1) Festival Culture in the U.S. is growing steadily. 2) Connecting with clients gets more difficult with each passing year. Well . . . why not use the one to resolve the other?
Single-day tickets are on sale now for the second annual WARMfest, which returns to Broad Ripple Park in Indianapolis over Labor Day weekend, August 29 through September 1.
Broad Ripple Music Fest (BRMF) is back for an 8th year! This well-trusted veteran in the Indianapolis music scene returns as part of the WARMfest landscape. Instead of invading Broad Ripple’s bars, clubs and record stores, the 8th annual BRMF will take place at WARMfest, August 29-September 1, in Broad Ripple Park.
WARMfest returns to Indy this Labor Day Weekend, with soon-to-be-epic performances from MUTEMATH, of Montreal, Big Head Todd and the Monsters, The Chris Robinson Brotherhood, Guided By Voices, Red Wanting Blue, Sebadoh, WHY? and many more
Whether you’re reading a book or watching a movie, the lead-up to the climax is just as important as the climax itself. This is also the difference between a great festival and an amazing one! To that end, we’re proud to announce: WARMups!
